Refund policy

1. We accept exchanges and issue replacements for factory defective items within 7 days of the time you receive your item (according to tracking information), provided the item is unused and in its original condition with proof of purchase (receipt or email confirmation). Any return received after the stipulated time will not be accepted.
2. Please contact us at admin@jayasindoglobal.com with your order number and the reason for your return/exchange.
3. We only allow a one-time exchange of product/size/color/store credits.
4. Please note that items that are not in the original sale condition or have been damaged by the recipient may not be accepted for exchange or return.
5. Processing time for exchanges/returns takes up to 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
6. Refund will only be in the form of store credits with a validity of 3 months. Voucher code shall be provided to you once the refund is processed.
7. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange/return if the product is damaged due to lack of care or does not meet our return and exchange policy requirements.
8. You are responsible for the shipping cost of the return item. We cannot issue refund for lost returns. Underpaid returns may not be processed. Hence, you are encouraged to use a reliable service provider.
9. Minor defects that do not impact the overall appearance of the clothing when worn may not be accepted as defects, and therefore, may not qualify for returns or exchanges.
