Are all Little Sprout product available?
We strive to maintain a ready stock of our products, but in some cases, due to high demand, we may offer pre-orders or wish list options.
What do you mean by Pre-order?
Pre-order item is a product that is currently out of stock but available for purchase in advance on our website. This allows you to secure the item before it becomes available again. Once the stock arrives, we will promptly ship it to you. Pre-orders are typically items that have been restocked due to high demand.
What is a Wishlist?
Our website offers a wishlist feature that allows you to save items that are currently out of stock, unavailable for purchase or of your interest. This feature helps us gauge our customers' interest and plan our stock accordingly.
Shipping
How do I track my order?
Once your purchase is confirmed, we will send a link to your provided email address for you to check the delivery status of your order.
For ready stock items we typically dispatch out all items on Mondays, and it may take a few days for the courier company to deliver the items to you.
Do you ship internationally?
We only provide delivery within Singapore at the moment.
Do you offer free shipping?
For orders within Singapore, we provide free delivery for purchases of S$150 and above.
May I opt for self-collection?
Self-collection option is not available at the moment.
